This is a great place to train! Clifton and Andell are really good at explaining technique clearly and simple and how to apply it correctly. I have trained at other clubs in Calgary, and i enjoy this one the most. The level of training at such a good price is unbeatable. In addition, you get a lot more personal attention at this club which helps your Jiu Jitsu game immensly. Come train!
